We have created the Event Management packages based on our experience of managing client events for over 15 years, together with our extensive database of contacts within the industry. These events have included residential International conferences for up to 850 delegates and acting as a partner venue to accommodate 1600 police officers for the NATO Summit.
The Event Management package is created to support clients who wish to organise a conference or event but may not have the resources or expertise to do so. Your dedicated Event Co-ordinator will provide consistency, working with you from the planning stage, right through to the successful delivery and post event evaluation. Whilst we spend time working through the operational logisitics and delegate registrations / queries, you will have time to focus on the content, themes and speakers. Your co-ordinator will be a valuable extension to your team with a common goal: to ensure your event is a great success.
Our Event Management package is available to clients using both the University’s facilities and / or external venues. We have delivered events at a number of external venues from hotels to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, along with Cardiff Castle and the Wales Millennium Centre.
