We have worked on a number of events which incorporate large exhibitions as part of their main conference or event.  Our largest exhibition spaces offer 805m2 equating to over 64 individual exhibition stands.

Each package is tailor made specifically to your requirements and can include:

  • Creating an Exhibitor Registration Form collating details regarding set up, deliveries, stand size, power and equipment
  • Collating exhibitor details to include catering and accommodation packages
  • Dealing with exhibitor payments
  • Sourcing furniture, shell schemes, lighting, additional power sources and signage
  • Creating and producing exhibiton plans (electronic and printed from A5 to A1)
  • Providing staff to register exhibitors
